This is a delicious Asian niçoise salad with sweet potato, vegan tuna and Zeeland Salt 100% Wakame. For us, it was the first time we tried vegan tuna. Surprisingly delicious if you ask us. May this salad taste good to you too!

Bring a pan with pinch of Zeeland Salt Pure water to a boil. In this, cook the sweet potato that you cut into 1 cm slices. Let this cook for 10 minutes. Then, for another 5 minutes, add the green beans.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the onion into thin rings. Then place the onion and cucumber in a bath of vinegar, sugar and 3 tbsp of boiling water. Set this aside.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together with a blender. In a bowl, mix the green beans, cucumber, onion, vegan tuna, dressing and Zeeland Salt 100% Wakame.
Prepare the plates by first laying down a few slices of sweet potato. Top this with a generous scoop of the salad and finish with fried onions as a garnish. Enjoy your meal!
