Crispy salmon from the airfryer with chili salt and honey
Fancy something healthy and tasty that’s quick on the table and tastes like you ordered it from a trendy place? We have the recipe for you! This salmon becomes deliciously crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and gets that perfect combination of sweet, salty and a little extra spice thanks to Zeeuwsche Zoute chili. The very best thing about this salmon recipe: your airfryer does almost all the work.

Preparation
- Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper. This way it will be extra crispy later.

Make the marinade: mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili salt, sesame oil and garlic.

Coat the salmon with the marinade and let soak for at least 5 minutes.

Place the salmon in the airfryer. Preferably do this on baking paper or an airfryer mat, which will save washing up later.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice or noodles according to the preparation instructions on the package.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 180°C. Thin pieces? Check around 8 minutes. For large pieces, go more toward 10 minutes.

Serve immediately with rice or noodles with any toppings such as, cucumber, spring onion, sesame seeds of your choice.
Tip: Want your salmon even crispier? Set the airfryer to 200°C for the last 1 minute.
