Zeeuwsche Zoute has found its way into the kitchen of Mout Bistrobar, and that’s a match made in Damme, a Belgian province in West Flanders.
At Mout Bistrobar, everything is about enjoying together. A sharing concept with surprising dishes, pure flavors and honest ingredients. The cozy atmosphere and sharing menu make for a relaxed dining experience. In their restaurant, located in a former microbrewery, there is plenty of experimentation with surprising combinations and flavors. Think squid with blood orange and aioli or wild tacos with pulled venison, cranberry and savoy.
This bistro bar continues to surprise its guests! Every two weeks there is a new lunch on the menu: fresh, seasonal dishes with a starter, main course and dessert. Prefer extensive dining? Start with bar food to share or choose an extra entrée. In the evening, each month you can experience a new “Discover Malt” menu, a specially curated dinner combining local ingredients in a surprising way.
