For 28 years, Jean and Sonja Thoma have been cooking with a love of organic, local and sustainable ingredients. What began as a dream to give regional products more attention, grew into an extraordinary restaurant that has now even been awarded a Green Michelin star.

In Sjuut’s kitchen, many ingredients come from its own vegetable garden or from local makers. Chef Jean prefers to work as close to the product as possible. You usually eat a multi-course surprise menu, made with whatever is currently available from the season or garden.
