Oven dish with pumpkin, sage and goat cheese

When the days get shorter and the air fresher, this is one of those dishes that will automatically warm you up. This casserole with pumpkin, sage and goat cheese is simple to make, but full of flavor. The soft pumpkin and creamy cheese get just that little extra by a pinch of Zeeland Salt Black Garlic: subtly sweet, savory and full of umami. Perfect for an evening when you want to eat something special, without too much fuss.
